The boys at Coldstream Brewery have been producing Australia’s freshest 100% fruit Apple and Pear ciders for over 10 years, and now showcase their Hot Spiced Winter Cider at the night markets. Fermented apple juice or “Scrumpy” is heated while being slowly infused with cinnamon, cloves, star anise and citrus; this is a winter warmer that is not to be missed.
