George the fishmonger has created a brand new menu for this years Winter Night Market. The menu includes:
- Lobster roll filled with Canadian lobster, packed with lettuce and celery, with a spicy Japanese mayonnaise and lightly toasted with a blow torch to crisp up our specially made brioche bun.
- Our prawn roll which is made up of hand shelled Australian prawns, mixed crispy salad, a spicy Japanese mayonnaise and topped with a sprinkle of Tobiko. Finished off again with a blow torch to toast the brioche bun.
- Clarence river prawns lightly flowered and mixed in with our special herbs and spices, then deep fried and served up like fries…once you start you can’t stop!
- Our home made lobster bisque made with a bit of spice, served with a spoon of lobster roe and a fresh crusty roll to warm you up sweetly.
