Abruzzo Lab

Tender meat skewers traditional to Abruzzo, seasoned with salt and served with toasted rustic bread, drizzled with olive oil. Best eaten straight off the “fornacella”, a traditional Abruzzese barbecue, your choice of lamb, chicken or swordfish. We will also be serving traditional PALLOTTE CACE E OVE (CHEESE AND EGG) Cheese mixture, formed into balls, cooked in hot oil and slowly simmered in tomato sugo.
