The Cypriot Kitchen

The Cypriot Kitchen is back! And we’ve been busy creating the perfect summer menu! Your favourites will be making a return including our Chicken Souvla (tender chicken thighs slow cooked over charcoal), our handmade Koupes, and of course, our famous FRIED HALLOUMI CHIPS. We also welcome a new addition to our menu – Gemista (a hollowed bell capsicum filled with lean beef mince, basmati rice, onion, fresh herbs and halloumi, which is slow cooked in a wood-fire oven).
