Queen Victoria Market Pty Ltd (Organiser) encourages the responsible consumption of alcohol, and the Fringe Flavours Night Market (Event) is a fully licensed Event.
Adult supervision is required at all times within the venue for patrons under 18 years of age.
By entering the Event, patrons acknowledge that Events can be busy and crowded and do so at their own risk, including risks associated with crowding, noise, and the actions of other attendees. The Organiser will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by patrons in connection with the Event and the venue. Patrons attending the Event indemnify the Organiser against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by them, or any person under their control arising from or in relation to the entry either by person, vehicle or otherwise into the Event.
Only alcohol purchased at the venue can be consumed.
Any photography or cinematography captured by the Organiser during the Event is the property of the Organiser and may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
No tripod stands or large equipment are permitted within the venue.
No skateboards, bicycles, scooters and rollerblades/skates are permitted within the venue.
No animals are permitted within the venue, except for registered assistance and guide dogs that are clearly identifiable to the public.
Any items that in the opinion of the Organiser could cause harm, injury or public nuisance or otherwise compromise the safety and security of other patrons are not permitted into the venue and are subject to immediate confiscation.
Persons must not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, or phrases etc.
Patrons are advised that the venue is fitted with electronic surveillance and patrons may be filmed in any area of the venue.
The Event is a smoke and vape free environment.
The Organiser is committed to ensuring all events held at the Market are enjoyable and safe for patrons, customers, traders, staff and contractors.
The Event is managed by the Organiser’s experienced Events Team who, together with our dedicated security team, work throughout the night to monitor the Event and the number of patrons attending. This is supported by a close working relationship with Victoria Police to ensure we continue to offer a safe and enjoyable event.
Patrons may be refused entry to the Event or will be ejected from the venue for non-compliance of these Conditions of Entry.
