Hoy Pinoy

Since 2013, Hoy Pinoy has been bringing the bold, smoky flavours of traditional Filipino street food to Melbourne’s Queen Victoria Market. Specialising in “Inihaw” BBQ skewers inspired by owner Regina Meehan’s family recipes from Olongapo City, each dish is cooked over open charcoal for authentic aroma and taste. This season, try their newest addition – “Siomai”, tender chicken dumplings glazed with a spicy chili and ginger sauce.
