The first is a choc cheesecake gelato layered with baked cheesecake, cheesecake mousse and choc brownie, finished with Milo fudge and crumble. For something lighter, try the strawberry matcha sundae – layers of matcha cake, strawberry compote, strawberry gelato and matcha fudge, topped with strawberry and vanilla meringue.
